Feature release Date: February 1st, 2025​
Earlier, while multi-selecting deal cards within the pipeline and marking them as “Deal Lost,” the X-date option was not available. However, with the latest release, we have introduced an X-date option for multi-selected deal cards when they are marked as “Lost.” The X-date should now be reflected in the quote within the deal card.
Use Case: Ability to set X-dates for multiple lost deals, ensuring accurate tracking in quotes and deal cards.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Pipeline Module.
- Then, click to select multiple deal cards.
- Next, mark as lost.
- A panel will open on the right, where you will find the newly implemented X-Date option.
- Fill in the details for the lost selected deal cards.
- Click Submit.
- The X-date you set once will be visible within the quotes of the deal card under the status lost.
- Since an action is being taken when you mention an X-Date for the lost deal card, it will be visible under the ‘Pipeline timeline.’
