Update – X Date added as an option under the pipeline setting of forms
Use case – Auto-populates X Date information in Contacts/Accounts
Process:
- Navigate to Forms and click on Form Automation
- Scroll down to the X Date section to view the categories chosen.
- You may also add other categories from this space.
- Proceed to send out the form to the client. Once they respond to the form, a deal card will automatically be created under the pipeline.
- The X Date categories are auto-populated into the linked account.
Note – The XDate categories will be visible under the Accounts and Contacts.
