This feature is available for AMS360 users only.
Oftentimes, carriers can have several sectors under a parent carrier. You can include the writing carrier while adding a policy and quote. This will help agents to specifically mention the carrier name.
To view the enhancement:
- Navigate to Policies
- Click on Add policy
- Under the Carrier section, you will find 2 separate sections named parent carrier and writing carrier.
Similarly while adding a quote, you will find the writing carrier option.
- Navigate to Pipelines
- Click on a deal card to have an extended view of the deal card.
- Click to add or edit a quote
- Here, you will find parent and writing carrier fields.
In the carrier module, you will find the writing carrier tab where you will have the policy details and total premium for each writing carrier.
To view the enhancement:
- Navigate to Carriers
Click to have the extend view of a carrier
- Here you will find the writing carriers
- Each writing carrier will have its own total number of policies and total policy premium mentioned.
