In the workflow section, the send to myself option has been added so agents can preview their created workflow automation. As well, the user experience for redirection has changed.
Select Agent
Now admin/CSR can select the agents for whom they want to start the workflow Automation. So, the automation will only run for the selected agents.
Note: This feature is applicable only in admin managers and CSR view.
To view the enhancement:
- Navigate to engagements.
- Click on automation.
- Select the automation that you want to create.
- Set the workflow
- Click next , scroll down to the ‘For agents’ section.
- Uncheck the box if you don’t want to start automation for any agent.
- Click to start.
Note: All the agents will be selected by default. To de-select any agent, uncheck the box.
Send to myself option
While creating a workflow if you select send to myself tab, the workflow email that is being created will also be sent to the agent’s email id from support@insuredmine.com
For Redirection
The back screen button is also provided on the top. And now you can navigate back to each section.
