Workflow Automation – Random Contacts for Google Review and NPS

Now users can enhance workflow automation by specifying the daily target for random contacts, simplifying the process of sending client reviews through the Client Reviews automation.

Use Case: Define the desired number of random contacts to be targeted per day in this workflow, and the automation will ensure that Google reviews and NPS surveys are efficiently sent to the specified count daily. This establishes a consistent and effective feedback loop for client reviews.

To View the Enhancement:

  • Navigate to the Engagement module.
  • Select Automation.
  • Select Client Reviews.
  • Now, within the client reviews settings, you can indicate the number of contacts to target. The workflow will then initiate, dispatching Google reviews and NPS surveys to the randomly specified count each day, engaging with different contacts for diverse and valuable feedback
