You can now set up workflow automation by CSR for email and tasks.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to Engagement
Select a Workflow
Select a Stage – Email or Task
If the email is chosen, the workflow can be set from the CSR email
- If the task option is chosen, you can select the assignee as the CSR
