VCF (Virtual Contact File) or vCard, is a file format standard for electronic business cards. vCards can be sent to the receiver directly by attaching the file to email or text messages.
The process to use vCard tag to send any contact information:
- Navigate to Engagements
- Click on Templates
- Click on Create Templates
- Click Text Editor or HTML Import
- Click on Tags
- Select vCard
Note: vCard Tag is available both in email and text.
This feature is available in an email campaign, engagement, SCD, workflows, email automation, pipeline automation.
Once you send the vCard tag via email or text, the receiver needs to open the email on their phone. Click on the link to download the file. Click to save the vCard contact details on your phone.
