Now, a new feature has been introduced whereby, if any email campaigns are running, you can opt out of each of the marketing and transactional emails directly from Account360 and Contact360, as well as while adding a deal card.
Use Case: Users can opt out each of marketing and transactional email directly from Account360, Contact360, and Deal Card
To View the Enhancement:
From Account 360:
- Click on any account to navigate to its Account360 page.
- Click on the icon to opt in or out of marketing email communications.
- After clicking, you will receive a success message as shown above saying: Marketing email has been opted out.
- Click to opt in or out of transactional email.
- After clicking, you will receive a success message above saying: Transactional email has been opted out.
From Contacts:
- Click on any contact to navigate to its Contact360 page.
- Click on the icon to opt in or out of marketing or transactional communications.
While adding a deal:
- Opt-in or Opt-out for marketing or transactional email communications.
- Then, click Save.
