If your prospect or client has an address to a building with suite numbers, apartment, condominium, etc., and is providing an office address, then you need to add a unit number or suite number. For example, Unit 101 or Suite 101, Suite B. Suite number is typically for an office.
How to add unit/suite no. in the address section while adding contacts?
- Navigate to Global Add button
- Click on add contacts
- Fill in all the details.
- Scroll down to the address section, where you can find the fields to add unit/suite number.
- Fill in the details and click Save.
