Update – The email and text stages in the automation now have the option to send the communication to “other email/contact number” apart from the Contact and Deal Source.
Application – Flexibility to send out automation to any email/phone number
Process:
- Navigate to Automation and choose an existing or add a new automation
- Click on the drop-down against the Email and Text stages to view the options
- Choose the other email/number to enter the email address or phone number manually.
