With our latest enhancement, the Texting Module now offers two new options: ‘Reply’ and ‘Note.’ These features provide flexibility in responding to messages and adding notes directly within the texting interface.

To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Texting Module.
- Within the Message Bar, we have now introduced two new options: ‘Reply’ and ‘Note.’
- When you receive an incoming text message, you can modify your reply using a pre-designed template, upload an image, attach a PDF, or enhance your text using AI.
- To tag or mention a person in a note, simply select the ‘Note’ option and type @name to include their mention.
- Then click, Add Note.
- The SMS carrying the note will then be sent successfully.
