There will be a two-way sync of accounts, contacts, policies, carriers and categories between InsuredMine and Sagitta.
While adding accounts:
The address is the mandatory field in InsuredMine. You will be required to add the address in the account. If you do not add the address, the account or contact won’t be synced with Sagitta. The address represents the full address including, unit/suite number, street address, zip code, city, and country.

Once an account is created in InsuredMine, it will be synced in Sagitta as well. You will be able to search the account by name in the client section. Navigate to the client section and select the client name. Type in the client name to search.
While adding client details in Sagitta, the category stands for the type of contact which will be either: commercial or personal.
Sync – Both Manual and Auto-Sync
Once you have added a client and saved it in Sagitta, you can then navigate to accounts in InsuredMine and click on the sync button.
There is both manual and auto-sync available while syncing data from InsuredMine to Sagitta and vice versa.
The sync will take 2-3 minutes based on the amount of data.
In Sagitta, if you do not have any active policies added to the account, it will be displayed as Prospect. For example, if you sync an account from InsuredMine to Sagitta, and it does not have any policies in it, it will be displayed as ‘Prospect’. However, if the account is synced from Sagitta to InsuredMine, it will be displayed as ‘Inactive’.
The boxes that are outlined in red are mandatory fields.
In InsuredMine, the agent corresponds to the producer in Sagitta. Therefore, the agent code will appear within the Producer section of Sagitta.
In the client details section, all account and contact details will be updated, and in the Policies section, policies will be updated.

Please note: It is not possible to update a policy directly from InsuredMine to Sagitta. The functionality is limited to adding and deleting policies from InsuredMine and reflecting those changes in Sagitta.
Carriers and Categories Sync
Sync Policy Carrier/ categories from InsuredMine to Sagitta via Auto/ Manual Sync.
- Navigate to the settings module.
- Then, select Auto/Manual Sync from the settings options to choose how you want to sync the policy, carrier, and categories.
- While adding a policy within account or contact mention the mandatory fields of carrier and category.
- Click on Save.
- A policy is now been added within the Contact.
Through Manual Sync
- Click on sync the Policy with Sagitta.
- Policy including the carriers and categories will then be synced with Sagitta.
- Click on policy to view the details.
Auto Sync
- If you set the Policy to Auto sync it directly syncs to Sagitta.
Sync Policy From Sagitta to InsuredMine
- Data related to category and carriers sync from Sagitta to Insuredmine through cron server rerun or real time sync.
- Fill in the Insurer and Coverage related to Info while adding a policy within Sagitta.
- The Policy will then reflect over InsuredMine as shown in the image above.
