Suspense Handling In AMS 360

The Suspense view helps you to create, view, and/or update tasks that have been listed for follow-up. When a task is created in InsuredMine through quick actions segment of Pipeline manager, it is available as a log in the Suspense segment of AMS 360. You can view the details of priority, due date, task description and the status of the task.
For updating suspense section there is two-way sync-up between InsuredMine and AMS 360. The suspense section is similar to activity section. We are syncing this whenever a task is created for any CSR/Executive by others. The data points that are synced in Suspense section are:
  • Due Date
  • Priority
  • Is Completed
  • Description
  • Suspense Action(Default – IM )
  • Suspended To Employee Code
  • Suspense Id
  • Assigned Employee
  • Activity created by (CSR, Executive)
  • Customer/Prospect
