We’ve introduced a new ‘Deal Summary’ field for the Service-type Pipeline. Now, when adding a deal card using the Add Deal option, you can include a summary specific to that deal. The deal card will be created with the provided summary, which you can edit later if needed.
Use Case: Easily add and edit deal summaries for Service-type Pipeline
To View the Enhancement:
- Go to the Pipeline Module.
- Select the desired service pipeline.
- Click on the “Add Deal” button to proceed.
- We have now added a ‘Deal Summary’ option when adding a deal within the Service Pipeline.
- Deal Summary will then be added to the deal card created.
- You can also edit and change the deal summary later if necessary.
