With our integrated AI feature, you can now compose and respond to messages at your own pace. The AI helps draft your reply, allowing you to review and send it when you’re ready. This gives you the flexibility to craft the perfect response without the pressure of sending it immediately.
Use Case: Â Reply to incoming text messages instantly using integrated AI while texting.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Text Messages Module from the header’s menu.
- Then, move to the button where you find the AI symbol (transform text using AI)
- There, we have introduced options called Summarize & Draft Reply.
If you click on Summarize:​
- Click on the AI option (Transform Text using AI)
- From the Array of option, select ‘Summarize.’
- A summarized conversation will appear in a pop-up on the screen, allowing you to copy the content and refine it according to your requirements before sending a reply.
If you click on Draft Reply:
- Then, move to the button where you find the AI symbol ( transform text using AI)
- There, we have introduced an option called ‘Draft Reply.
- An instant reply will then be generated and you will be able to share it as reply to all the text messages.
