Now you can send multiple files together for eSignature with this enhancement. You can upload multiple files while creating the document for eSignature. The files that you will upload will be merged and displayed in the same order as the documents were uploaded. You can add or remove files while adding documents for eSignature. 

Note: If there is only one file then the name of the file will be displayed the same as the uploaded file. In case of multiple files, whatever subject will be given to the document while sending it, the merged file will be named accordingly.
