In the latest feature module update, a new functionality has been introduced, allowing users to establish a default font for agents when sending emails. To utilize this feature, users must enable it within the settings menu.
Use Case: This enhancement streamlines the email composition process for agents, ensuring a consistent and professional appearance in their communications.
Navigation:
- Navigate to the settings module.
- Click on the “Color Themes” option.

3.Next, select “Font Style” and select the default font of your choice.

4.Upon selecting the font, a confirmation popup will appear to confirm your choice.

Note: It’s important to note that once a default font has been chosen, every email sent will display the selected font automatically.
