If the admin wants to notify the CSR about any incoming text via email, they need to click on ‘Send Email Notification to the CSR’. The email will then be sent to the contact or account assigned to that CSR. If the CSR has an InsuredMine account, the email will be sent to their login email.
Use Case: Easily notify CSRs of incoming texts via email, streamline communication, ensure a timely response, and increase productivity.
To View the enhancement:
Note: This feature is related to Agency Management Systems only.
- Navigate to the pipelines module.
- Then, click on the three dots from the top right corner.
- Select “Pipeline settings” from the drop-down menu.
- Next, within notification settings.
- Toggle down until you find ‘Incoming Text Notification.’
- Select ‘Send email notification to the CSR.’
- Click on update to send an email notification successfully.
- Finally, you will receive a successful notification saying: Success Notification sent to CSR [name].
