Admin can notify their agents of all the tasks due on the current date. Slide the toggle bar to enable this notification for agents. The notification gets scheduled for every day at 6 am CST. The agent will get notified via email about all the tasks that are due to date.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to Pipelines
Click on 3 dots and select Pipeline Settings.
Click Notification Settings
Slide the toggle bar beside Past Task Due Notification to enable the feature
- Every day at 6 am CST the agents will be notified via email about all the tasks
- Agents can navigate to the task list by clicking on the go to Tasklist Dashboard.
