With our latest enhancement, you can easily select agents and CSRs while adding a deal card from any policy mapped to its respective agents and CSRs, regardless of whether the existing accounts or contacts are active or inactive.
Use Case: Easily assign deal cards based on Agent and CSR mapping of the policy.
Note: The Select Policy CSR option is enabled for all the AMS users.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Pipelines Module.
- Then, select ‘Add Deal.’
While Adding a Deal Card:
- Select the policy.
- For the specific deal card: Select policy CSR & Agent.
- Click Save.
