Use Case: Now, with a dedicated search field for assigning agents within the Deal card view and Task list, users can swiftly locate and assign the most suitable agents, streamlining task management and enhancing efficiency.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Pipelines Module.
- Then, select any deal card.
- Click on the ‘+’ icon to assign an Agent.
- Randomly search and assign an agent from the provided search bar below within the deal card view.
- Hit save.
TaskList:
- Navigate to the Tasklist module.
- Select a Task title.
- Click on ‘+’ icon to assign an agent.
- Now, Randomly search and assign any agent from the provided search bar below within the Task list.
