New name, Same Task! The newly updated Reputation Module, previously known as the Google Reviews Module, simplifies the process of gathering and tracking customer feedback just like it did before.Â
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Reputation Module.
- Then, click on ‘Google Review’ tab and move straight to the ‘Get Google Reviews.’
- Next, add a few details such as: Name, Email, Phone Number, option to send via ‘Text’ or ‘Email’, choice of sending in ‘English’ or ‘Spanish’, From Email, and finally, how to ‘Take Review as’ ‘Agent’ or ‘Manager’
- A success pop up will be displayed saying: Success Suvey Sent Successfully.
- How did we do? How many stars would you like to give us. Click on the stars to give a rating.
- You can also leave your review on Google. You’ll be redirected to the Google rating page, where you can share your feedback publicly and rate the business.
- Click on post.
- Next, come back to the Review results page, to check on the survey results.
- Next, you can track the review you just published on Google through the ‘Google My Business Reviews’ page in InsuredMine.
Copy Public URL:
- Click on ‘Copy Public URL.’
- Next, paste the URL on your browser.
- Enter the Personal Information such as Name, Email and Phone number.
- Click Next.
- Next, provide your ratings.
- Then,click Next.
Note: If your feedback is less than 4, you can provide a feedback so that we can make things better for you next time.
- Share your feedback.
- Click on Next.
