A new feature has been introduced within the reports module, allowing users to filter their data based on CSR (Customer Service Representative) information.Â
Use Case: Users can now easily locate data by CSR, facilitating quicker analysis and enabling faster decision-making.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the reports module.
- Click on the filter option.
- A new filter, CSR, has been added to the existing filters for reports.
- Search for the CSR name, and then click ‘Apply’.
Data will be visible based on the selected filter.
Note : The option to filter by CSR is available for all AMS.
