Now in Pipeline Automation, users have the option to select assignees for renewal cards.
These are the new options which have been added:
- The assigned Executive will receive the cards.
- Representative who is assigned to the account will receive the cards.
- Both the Executive and Representative who is assigned to the account will get the cards
Navigation:
- Navigate to the “Pipelines” section.
- Click on “Action.”
- Click on “Pipeline Settings.”
4. Select the “Renewal Pipeline.”
5. Finally, users can choose their preferred assignee for renewal cards.
Note: The selected assignee will be directly associated with the corresponding renewal card.
