This is a new widget on the Dashboard of the Agency Portal for real time tracking of every email from campaigns that are being sent from IM Portal. It gives detailed information about the emails sent- Client’s email ID to which the email is sent, Subject of email, Sent Date, Action- Email Opened or not, Action Time- When it is opened and at what time. It is a real-time feed of the responses to email drip campaigns. Agents can now reach out to the hottest leads in their email campaign based on views and clicks on links within the emails. This will allow agents to learn which emails have better open rates, what their clients like to click and read, and most importantly, which clients are more engaged than others.
