With our latest enhancement to the E-Sign module, we introduce the Radio Button functionality within the standard fields section. This feature allows users to easily collect binary responses from signers, making it simple to obtain confirmations or responses at any point in the document.
Use Case: Simplify the process of obtaining decisions from the client , such as ‘Yes’ or ‘No,’ within your documents, ensuring smoother responses and better communication.
To View the Enhancement:

- Navigate to the Esign Module.
- Select the Document to add.
- Click Next.

- Add the signer details and then click Next.

- Under Standard Fields, you will find the newly introduced ‘Radio’ button. Simply drag and drop it into the document.

- Two radio buttons will be added to the document for selecting ‘Yes’ or ‘No as shown in the image above. 👆
- Click Next.

- Lastly fill in the details like Subject Message and send it to the signer via email or sms by clicking send.

- Once the signer opens the doc to sign, he will have to click on either of the radio buttons named ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ wherever its being placed in the doc to confirm or decline.

- Signer completed signing the document and received a Thank You message.

- The signer will receive a copy format of the signed document via email.
- To view the signed document, click on ‘View Signed Document.’

- After downloading the document, you will see a preview that highlights your selected radio button, either ‘Yes’ or ‘No,’ as illustrated in the image above.
