Previously, the system lacked the capability to incorporate quoted data when generating deal cards via bulk upload. However, now, if quoted data is included, it will seamlessly integrate within the quotes post-mapping.
Use Case: Quoted data will be seamlessly incorporated after mapping minimizing double entry.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Pipeline module.
- Click on the three dots icon located in the top right corner.
- From the drop-down, select ‘Bulk Upload.’
- Select the CSV file and proceed to ‘Next Step.’
Now, additional file columns have been added for mapping, such as Insurance Type, Premium Amount, Policy Number, Effective Date, Expiration Date, Revenue, Category, Carrier, and Policy Term.
- Review and finalize your mapped data.
- Upload the data once you’re done.
- A deal card will then be generated based on the provided details. Click on the newly created deal card to access its details.
Within the deal card, select the deal quote to access the quote/policy data after mapping.
You can now view the data seamlessly integrated within the quotes.
