Pipeline Automation analytics with action details, API optimization, account name handling change

This feature is introduced in Pipeline automation that greatly enhances your ability to track and analyze automation actions. With this update, you can now easily access detailed information about the automations triggered within your sent and scheduled analytics. Not only will you see which actions have been initiated, but you will also get a count of each action type.

The supported actions that will be displayed in both scheduled and sent analytics include: Email, Text, Task, Notification, Checklist, Assign, Won, Lost, Move, and Copy.

Navigation:

  1. Navigate to Pipelines.
  2. Click on the ‘Automation’ tab.

3. Choose either ‘Scheduled Analytics‘ or ‘Sent Analytics‘ based on your specific needs.
