You can now pin and unpin your notes in the contact 360 and the account 360 section. Once you pin the notes, they will appear on the top.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to account 360 or contact 360 of any contact.
Navigate to the notes section.
Click to add notes.
Click on the pin icon to pin it on top.

It will get pinned on the top
- Click on the 3 dots icon, you will get option to unpin or minimize.
- Once minimized you will also get the option to maximize.
