Pending Review Automation in Client Pulse

Sending an email out to every client after asking for a review request can be very time-consuming. By using Pending review automation, you can set up a system where you only have to set trigger days for the pending request list, and the review request email will be sent in just the same way as if you wrote it each time. To setup Pending Request Automation, follow the steps mentioned below:
  1. Navigate to Dashboard
  2. Scroll to the Client Pulse segment and click Review, for switching to Track Client Pulse.
  3. On the Track Client Pulse screen, click on the gear icon to the top right corner for settings.
  4. In the Client Pulse Setting, select Yes for Start reminder,enter the number of days to set a trigger for after the initial review request email has been sent and click Update to begin the pending review automation.

Start receiving reviews from every client, quickly and easily. When customers click your link in the email, they’ll be able to rate your business and leave a review.
