The latest update in Activity Reports introduces a new functionality enabling users to distinguish between Incoming and Outgoing calls. This feature empowers users to effortlessly monitor and analyze call activities based on their directionality.

Navigation:

  1. Go to the “Reports” section.

2. Select “Activity Reports.”

3. Click on the “Calls” option

4. Explore and analyze call data conveniently by navigating between the “Incoming” and “Outgoing” tabs.
