Now, when you submit a form, a task will automatically be created from all relevant locations where tasks can be generated. Simply map the fields from the form to the corresponding task fields. Once this setup is complete, a task will be automatically generated each time the form is filled out and submitted.The agent selected in the task mapping from the form submission will receive an email notification.
Use Case: Tasks will be automatically created from ‘ form submissions’ after mapping the task fields to the form fields.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the ‘Form’ Module.
- Select a form and click the three dots.
- From the dropdown menu, choose ‘Form Automation.’
- To Enable task mapping with navigate to ‘Create Task Mapping’ and then click on ‘Enable Mapping.’
- Once mapping is enabled, tasks will be created according to the specified mapping details.
- Map Task Fields.
- Select Task Type.
- Assign an Agent.
- Add Due after days & Due Time.
- Set the priority as High, Medium, Low, or Normal.
- Next, click Save.
Note: The agent selected in the task mapping from the form submission will receive an email notification.
