NPS – Setting Notification to the Agent/CSR in the Contact

In our latest update, you now have the option to configure email notifications to automatically send the NPS survey link directly to the agent or CSR assigned to the account.

Use Case: Able to send automatic NPS survey notifications, agents/CSRs can quickly respond to feedback, improving customer satisfaction and retention efficiently.

To View the Enhancement:

  • Navigate to the Google Reviews module.
  • Then, click on the NPS.
  • As shown in the image above, choose wether you want to send the NPS email notification to the Agent of the Contact or CSR of the contact by clicking on it.
  • Choose whether to select an CSR or the Agent associated with the contact from the drop down.
  • Next, click Save.
  • The selected CSR will then receive the NPS survey notification once after the contact has shared the NPS score as shown in the image above 👆
