NPS on Contact 360 and Account 360

Earlier, when a contact associated with InsuredMine (verified customer) provided an NPS score, it could only be viewed within the NPS dashboard. Now, the NPS score is also visible within the Contact 360 and Account 360 details of the account and contact.

Use Case: By having the NPS score readily available within the Contact 360 and Account 360 details, agents and managers can quickly assess the sentiment of individual contacts and accounts without needing to navigate to a separate dashboard.

To View the Enhancement:

Account 360 View:

  • Navigate to the Accounts module.
  • Then, select any account to navigate to its Account 360 details.
  • The NPS score will be displayed within the Contact 360 details of the contact associated with the account.

Contact 360 View:

  • Navigate to the Contact module and select any contact to view its Contact 360 details.
  • Within the Contact 360 details, you can find the NPS score visible for the contact.
