NPS Notifications to Agents

Agents will now receive detailed email notifications based on NPS rating feedback from clients, enabling deeper insights to better guide them through the services.

Use Case: Enhanced agent guidance through NPS-based email notifications to improve client handling and service quality.

To View the Enhancement:

  • Navigate to the Google reviews module.
  • Next, click on NPS.
  • Then, within NPS click on the three dots present in the top right corner.
  • From there, click on Notification settings.
  • A side panel will appear, allowing you to choose how to send notifications to the agent, such as for Detractors, Passives, or Promoters.
  • Next select the Agent and then click Save.
  • A pop up success notification will then be received.

Note: Based on the NPS settings, the agent will receive an automated email notification with the client’s NPS rating, whether it falls under Promoters, Passives, or Detractors.

  • For example, if a client shares a feedback rating of 9, the agent will receive an email notification with this information.
