NPS Filters throughout the Portal (Accounts, Contacts & Create List)

With our latest enhancement, you can filter NPS Review ratings through Accounts, Contacts and create lists based on the ratings from 0 to 10.

Use Case: Ability to Filter NPS Ratings within Accounts, Contacts, and Create Lists

To View the Enhancement:

Accounts:

  • Navigate to the Accounts Module.
  • Then, click on Filters.
  • A panel will appear on the right, enabling you to filter accounts by their NPS ratings, with options ranging from 0 to 10.
  • Then, click Apply.
  • All accounts that have shared the selected NPS ratings will be displayed after applying the filter.

Contacts:

  • Navigate to the Contacts Module.
  • Then, click on Filters.
  • A panel will appear on the right, enabling you to filter accounts by their NPS ratings, with options ranging from 0 to 10.
  • Then, click Apply.
  • All Contacts that have shared the selected NPS ratings will be displayed after applying the filter.

Create List:

  • Engagement Module> Lists>Create Lists> Select Filter- (Accounts/Contacts)
  • Select an NPS rating from 0 to 10, or choose multiple ratings.
  • Click Apply.
  • All Contacts that have shared the selected NPS ratings will be displayed after applying the filter.
  • All Accounts that have shared the selected NPS ratings will be displayed after applying the filter.
