With our latest enhancement, you can filter NPS Review ratings through Accounts, Contacts and create lists based on the ratings from 0 to 10.
Use Case: Ability to Filter NPS Ratings within Accounts, Contacts, and Create Lists
To View the Enhancement:
Accounts:
- Navigate to the Accounts Module.
- Then, click on Filters.
- A panel will appear on the right, enabling you to filter accounts by their NPS ratings, with options ranging from 0 to 10.
- Then, click Apply.
- All accounts that have shared the selected NPS ratings will be displayed after applying the filter.
Contacts:
- Navigate to the Contacts Module.
- Then, click on Filters.
- A panel will appear on the right, enabling you to filter accounts by their NPS ratings, with options ranging from 0 to 10.
- Then, click Apply.
- All Contacts that have shared the selected NPS ratings will be displayed after applying the filter.
Create List:
- Engagement Module> Lists>Create Lists> Select Filter- (Accounts/Contacts)
- Select an NPS rating from 0 to 10, or choose multiple ratings.
- Click Apply.
- All Contacts that have shared the selected NPS ratings will be displayed after applying the filter.
- All Accounts that have shared the selected NPS ratings will be displayed after applying the filter.
