If you’ve configured non-renewal pipeline settings within InsuredMine, whenever a deal card’s status changes from renewal to non-renewal based on policy type (such as personal, commercial, or others within QQ or HawkSoft AMS), a deal card will be automatically created in InsuredMine.
Use Case: Automatically creating deal cards for non-renewal policies ensures timely follow-ups, enhancing customer retention, and reducing missed opportunities.
Note: This feature is only available for QQ Catalyst and HawkSoft users.
