Need the Option of Sender Email Address for the Pipeline Automation for Form

With our latest enhancement, when you select the option to send an intake form to a contact via email, you now have the option of ‘Sender Email Address’ in Pipeline Automation for intake forms. This allows you to send intake forms directly from your (From) sender email address to the contact, improving communication control.More, we have included the ability to send intake forms to contact via SMS, further expanding your communication options and enhancing the overall client experience.

Use Case: Ability to send intake forms to contact from the sender email address, ensuring personalized communication with contacts.

To View the Enhancement:

  • Navigate to the Pipelines Module.
  • Then, click on the three dots present in the top right corner.
  • From the drop-down, click ‘Automation.’
  • Then, click on “Add New Automation Stage.”

Send Intake Form to contact via Email:

  • Select Intake Form Automation and choose any custom form.
  • Check the box labeled Send Intake Form to Contact via Email to automatically send the form to the contact.
  • After checking the box, input the ‘Sender’s Email Address.’
  • Click Save.
  • Once the automation for the intake form is triggered, the recipient (To) will be the contact, and the sender (From) will be the sender Email Address.

Send Intake From to contact via Text:

  • Select Intake Form Automation and choose any custom form.
  • Check the box labeled Send Intake Form to Contact via Text to automatically send the form to the contact.
  • Click Save.
  • Once the automation for the intake form is triggered, the intake form will be shared to the contact via  text message displaying the text sender contact info.
