The introduction of a “Resend” option enhances the efficiency and usability of our pipeline automation system. In instances where a pipeline automation stage encounters an error or fails to execute, users now have the ability to promptly address the issue by utilizing the “Resend” option. This feature simplifies the troubleshooting process, allowing users to quickly resend failed stages without navigating through complex menus or contacting support.
Use Case: If a stage has failed or bounced, a “Resend” option will be visible adjacent to the respective automation stage.
To View the Enhancement:
- Click Automation.
- Then, verify if any automation stage has failed or bounced, then click on resend.
