You can assign agents for multiple contacts in one go!
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to contacts
Select the contacts for whom you want to assign an agent
Click on assign agent from the top
From the drop-down select the agent whom you want to assign
Click on update
- You will get a success message saying: Agents updated successfully.
- Once updated the agent’s name will be flashed in the contact list.
- But in case if the assigned agent is Admin Account, then in that case, if you assign an agent for that contact and mark it as default then, the newly assigned agent will replace the admin agent.
- But in case if you add an agent and do not mark it as default, then the agent name will be added along with the existing one.
