Multi- Factor Authentication can be configured by the agent himself/herself. One can enable or disable this feature as required.Â
MFA integration will provide an extra layer of security while logging in. Once this feature is enabled, the agent cannot log in directly, he has to scan the QR code using the Google authenticator application. On scanning, he/she needs to type in the MFA codes (2 codes).Â
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to settings
Click on MFA

You need to move the toggle bar to enable MFA integration
You can click on the app link provided to download Google authenticator application.
Scan the QR code using your Google authenticator application

There will be 2 MFA codes generated via your application, type those codesÂ
Click on save.
 
You will get a message saying

Once, the MFA configuration done, log out once and then log in again with your login id, you will be asked to insert the MFA Token from Google authenticator application
Click on send

In case you want to reconfigure the MFA integration click on the reconfigure option to regenerate the MFA code.
In case you don’t want the MFA integration you can move the toggle bar to disable it.
