Easily merge duplicate accounts and contacts from Account360 and Contact360 pages for simplified data organization.
Use Case: Easily consolidate duplicate entries to maintain organized data in both Account360 and Contact360.
To View this Enhancement:
From Account360:
- Navigate to the Account module.
- Click on any account name to explore its Account 360 details.
- Once in the Account360 view, Click on ‘Duplicates Found.’
- Identify and select duplicate accounts sharing the same email and phone number.
- Click on the Merge button to merge these duplicate accounts.
