We’ve introduced an enhancement in the Pipeline’s Deal Card details – the ability to merge duplicate accounts seamlessly.
This update ensures a cleaner, more organized workflow with complete visibility – all in one place.
Use Case: This update allows you to instantly see how many accounts are linked by phone number or email.
By merging duplicate accounts, you can:
- Eliminate redundancies
- Maintain cleaner data
- Prevent mismatches across your records
It’s a simple step toward more accurate, streamlined account management.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Pipelines module from the left-hand menu.
- Select the desired Deal Card.
Open the Deal Card in a new tab for easier access.

- In the opened Deal Card, locate the “Duplicates Found” tag in the Deal Card details section.

- Click the Duplicates Found tag. A pop-up will appear displaying all potential duplicate accounts based on Phone Number and Email.

- Select the account(s) you want to merge.

- A second pop-up will open, allowing you to choose a Master Account.
The master account will pull in and consolidate all associated data, including Contacts, Policies, Files, Communications, Tasks, and more.

Note – The Master Account must be synced with an AMS (Agency Management System).
These fields will be merged in the master account- Contacts, Policies, Pipeline cards, Files, Communications (Emails, Texts, Calls, Single Contact Drip, Workflows), Tasks, Notes, Activities, Account Logs, eSignatures, Timelines.
