We’ve introduced a dedicated search bar within the Accounts and Contacts sections, facilitating the process of merging multiple accounts and contacts that share identical email addresses and phone numbers.
Use Case: A dedicated search bar in Accounts and Contacts simplifies merging, saving time and enhancing efficiency.
Search Option within Accounts:
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Accounts module.
- Click on the three dots icon in the top right corner.
- From the drop-down, select Merge Accounts.
- Within the merge accounts feature, you’ll now have a dedicated search option to search and merge accounts sharing the same email and phone number.
Search Option Within Contacts:
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Contacts module.
- Click on the three dots icon present in the top right corner.
- From the drop-down, select Merge Contacts.
- Within the merge contacts feature, you’ll now have a dedicated search option to search and merge contacts sharing the same email and phone number.
