Adding an email to a deal card will help you to enhance your communication process. Following these steps, you can map one email conversation with a deal card.
- Navigate to Work Email inbox
- Select the particular email and go to the details of the email.
- Click on map email to save email to card
- A pop-up window will open where you need to Select the Pipeline and the deal card from the dropdown with which you want to map the email.
- Click on Map Email.
- You will get a notification saying:
- Navigate back to Pipeline Manager
- Select the Pipeline and the deal to which you have mapped the mail.
- You can find the email in the deal card activity section.
