Feature Release Date: 28 December, 2024
With the latest December release, admins will have the capability to authorize and configure Auto/Manual sync access at agency levels. Once configured, the sync settings will apply to all agents within the agency and the agent will be updated accordingly. This enhancement provides greater control and flexibility, allowing admins to tailor sync preferences for the entire agency or for agents as needed.
Note: This setting is available exclusively for AMS 360 users, and only Admins have the ability to configure the Agency option.
Use Case: Admins gain full control over sync settings, ensuring consistent data sync either Auto/Manual across all agents within the agency.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Settings Module.
- Within configuration, click ‘AMS Sync Fields.’
- If you are an Admin two options will be visible to you such as Agency/Agent.
Now, to configure sync at the agency level:
- Select an executive, representative, division, branch, department, and group.
- Next sync Account/contact policy and activities to either Auto/Manual.
- After setting this up, Click Save.
