Benefit: Assists in giving agents references for remarketing
Process:
Note – the loss date data point is marked in the pipeline, accounts, and policies modules.
For pipelines
- Navigate to the pipeline module. Click on a deal card for an extended view.
- View the claim loss date on the left side of the window.
For policies
- Navigate to the policies module. Click on a policy for an extended view. Go to the claims tab. The first column is the loss date datapoint.
For accounts
- Navigate to the accounts module. Click on a count to go to account 360. Go to the claims tab. The first column is the loss date datapoint.
