Earlier, we could make calls through Lightspeed, but now you can enhance your communication further with the Lightspeed Texting integration in InsuredMine. With this feature, you can enable texting, allowing for simplified interactions with clients. Lightspeed Texting lets you manage conversations effortlessly, making your communication process more intuitive.
Use Case: Integrating Lightspeed with InsuredMine enhances communication efficiency through texting, providing a simplified and user-friendly experience.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Settings module.
- Within settings, select Integrations.
- Scroll down the integrations list until you find Lightspeed Texting.
- You will be redirected to the Lightspeed browser page where you need to enter your email address and password.
- Next Log-in.
- InsuredMine will need to authorize your account with Lightspeed.
Click on Authorize.
- You will receive a success message saying: “Lightspeed Text connected successfully.”
To Connect a Number:
- Click on Map Number.
- Enter the Number.
- Hit Save.
- Once you have received the number, you can text directly from the texting module.
Note: Since Twilio and RingCentral are used for texting, Lightspeed integration will also function similarly once it is connected to InsuredMine.
