Bulk text campaigns can be stopped or restarted at any stage of a running campaign.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to Engagements
Click on analytics under Bulk Text
Click on the arrow beside the bulk text campaign that you want to stop
Select the stage which you want to stop
Click on the stop icon under the action tab
You will get a message saying: Campaign stopped successfully.

To resume the campaign, click on Restart campaign icon
- You will get a message saying: Campaign restarted successfully.
