Active Client in the InsuredMine portal is the Contact that has at least one active policy.
Process to convert a contact/lead/prospect to an active client:
- Navigate to contacts.
- Click on 3 dots under the action tab
- Click on add policy
- Fill in the policy details
- Click save
- Once saved, the contact that was previously a lead or prospect will now get converted to an active client
Note: In the contact list the active clients are represented with green color.
